The apartment is situated in the via dei Polacchi, a typical narrow medieval Roman street. Meandering around small streets, you will find a variety of local shops, cafes and restaurants. A few yards away, there's the delightful Piazza Margana with a lovely restaurant, and not much further one of our favourite fountains in Rome in the Piazza Mattei.
It is a well appointed modern apartment, giving the ideal setting for relaxation after a day's sightseeing! It is on the first floor and is accessed from the road via the main door. You can also access the apartment from the rear door taking the lift, resulting in climbing just two separate steps on the way to the apartment.
The apartment is situated at the back of the building and as such is quiet. It has a combined central heating and air conditioning system. There is plenty of storage space throughout.
Accommodation is made up of two double bedrooms (one of which can also be a living room if you prefer), bathroom, kitchen/dining room, and terrace. The bathroom has a bath with an integral shower. The apartment has a combined washing machine and dryer, a TV, video, radio & CD player. There is a tiled terrace (accessed by a couple of steps) with table and chairs - an ideal place for relaxing with a drink or meal during the warm evenings. The second bedroom/living room has a comfortable double sofa bed. There is an additional sofa in the kitchen - this is useful when the living room is used as a second bedroom.
The charge for a week's rental is £770. This includes bed linen (sheets, pillow-cases) for four people, and tea towels. We take bookings from Wednesday to Wednesday. The apartment is available from 17.30 on the day of arrival and you are required to leave by 14.00 on your last day. We offer a reduction for shorter stays. We also give a reduction for longer lets and can sometimes be flexible about dates, so please ask us if you have any particular requirements. £100 is payable as a non-refundable deposit when the booking is confirmed. The remainder is required 6 weeks before your holiday begins.
