The apartment is situated on a quiet piazza just off the bustling shopping street of the via dei Giubbonari, and just a few minutes walk from the Campo de’ Fiori market. As with all our apartments, it is right in the middle of the old city and within an easy walk of all the major sights you would want to visit. It is also just a few moments walk from the Ponte Sisto which leads immediately into the Trastevere area.

The apartment is situated in a 17th century ‘palazzo’ on the fourth floor. The rooms all look out onto a quiet central courtyard. Because of its position, it is relatively cool in the summer months. It also has effective central heating for the winter time.

The apartment is divided into two separate bedrooms, a bathroom (with a shower and bath), and opens out into a spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The bedrooms are small. The main bedroom has twin beds. The second bedroom is simple with a double bed against one wall, storage space (cupboard) available in the living room. There is also a sofa bed in the living room area which can be used as a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine, a TV, radio & CD player.

The charge for a week's rental is £770. (There is an additional 25% charge at Christmas and New Year.) This includes bed linen (sheets, pillow-cases) for up to 6 people. We take bookings from Wednesday to Wednesday. The apartment is available from 17.30 on the day of arrival and you are required to leave by 14.00 on your last day. We offer a reduction for shorter lets. We also give a reduction for longer lets and can sometimes be flexible about dates, so please ask us if you have any particular requirements. £100 is payable as a non-refundable deposit when the booking is confirmed. The remainder is required 6 weeks before your holiday begins.
