The apartment is situated in an old Palazzo in a small square just a couple of minutes walk from the lovely Church of Santa Maria Sopra Minerva and only 5 minutes from our favourite piazza, Piazza della Rotanda, with the magnificent ancient Pantheon. There is an abundance of restaurants and local shops locally.

This apartment reflects both the simplicity and grandeur of Roman life. Whilst it is small, it has everything you would need for being out and about – and it has the wood panelling and ‘just about visible’ painted ceiling!

The apartment is on the first floor and is accessed by stairs. It is set well away from the road and as such offers a quiet retreat from sightseeing!

This small apartment is on two levels. On the main level there is a sitting room, table and chairs, and a bathroom. There is a kitchen area with two cooking hobs and fridge for preparing simple meals. The bedroom area is on the second level and is reached via a spiral staircase. Air conditioning is provided for the summer and heating for the winter. There is an internet wi-fi connection available for your use. There is a TV.

The sofa-bed in the sitting room could accommodate an additional two people.

It is important to note that, when the sofa-bed is opened up as a bed, it does limit the amount of space available on the main level.

We would not recommend this apartment for young children (under 10 years) for safety reasons, as the balustrades surrounding the second level are fairly wide apart.

The charge for 2 nights rental is £290, 3 nights is £340, 4 nights is £390, 5 nights is £440 and 6 or 7 nights is £490. This includes bed linen (sheets, pillow-cases) for two people using one bed. There is an additional charge of £25 if you wish to use the second bed. We normally take bookings from Wednesday to Wednesday but can often be flexible. The apartment is available from 14.00 on the day of arrival and you are required to leave by 12.00 on your last day, but we can be flexible depending on other bookings. We give a reduction for longer lets. £100 is payable as a non-refundable deposit when the booking is confirmed. The remainder is required 2 months before your holiday begins.
