Location

Next to St Mark's Square

Capacity

4 (can accommodate 5 people depending on circumstances)

Cost

From £390 for 3 nights to £690 per week (see below for details)

This first floor apartment is just a few yards behind the beautiful ancient clock tower in St Mark's Square - right in the centre of Venice. So you'll get the chance to be the first in the square in the morning mixing with the local people - before the tourists arrive!

There is accommodation available for up to 5 people. In the main bedroom there is a comfortable double bed. In the second bedroom, there are 2 single beds with an additional 'camp bed'. The apartment has a lovely dining/sitting room. The kitchen is well provided with a cooking hob (no oven). The bathroom has a bath with shower.

The charge for 3 nights rental is £390, 4 nights is £490, 5 nights is £590 and 6 nights is £640 or 7 nights is £690. This includes bed linen (sheets, pillow-cases) and towels for up to 4 people. There is an additional charge of £20 if two beds are required, and a further £15 for the bed for the 5th person. We are happy to quote for shorter or longer periods. £200 is payable as a non-refundable deposit when the booking is confirmed. The remainder is required 2 months before your holiday begins. The apartment is available from 17.30 on the day of arrival and you are required to leave by 14.00 on your last day. (However, depending on other bookings we can often be flexible.)

"We really loved the apartment - especially its 'shabby chic', artistic style and feel and the location is unbeatable."
